I reached out to this office through the contact form on their website and was reached back out to the next day. At that point we scheduled a phone conversation for 10 AM the next morning. She did indicate that there was some personal stuff (friend's passing) going on that might cause her to need to reschedule at which point I was very accommodating and said no problem if that happens let us know.

Fast forward to the morning of the phone call she calls me at 10:02 AM and then at 10:08 AM abruptly stops me to tell me that she's got an eye doctor's appointment to go to and needs to leave.

I really feel like this office did a poor job of managing their schedule and their time management. My time is important too. Really if you had a doctor's appointment that requires you to leave at 10:08 when you have a 10 AM phone consultation then perhaps you should have just scheduled it for a different time.
