I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kat Brill. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Kat, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest, hands-on and made this experience more enjoyable than i could have ever imagined. She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive and patient to our needs and was always available when we needed her to be. We have purchased and sold many properties over the years. My wife and I recently purchased a new home with the intent of renting out our first house. Kat assisted with all of the details (many of which we probably would have overlooked ourselves if we tried to do this on our own) to get our first house rented. She scheduled a photographer to take amazing pictures of the house, posted the house on all of the rental websites which garnered a multitude of applicants, sorted through those applicants, scheduled an open house, ran background checks, and provided valuable feedback to help us determine which tenants would work best for us. We can't recommend Kat highly enough, she was amazing!
