Dr. Baziz was great! He has a sense of humor and is polite and explained everything in detail. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Registering at front desk was good, the ladies are nice and helpful. Although they may need to upgrade their computer systems. Otherwise I’m happy and will be returning. ? see you guys in a year!

The facility is very clean. Staff are friendly and efficient. Readily responsive to questions and concerns. I have always been seen promptly without the dreaded wait time. Finally, a staff member always escort me, the patient, from place to place as they complete the necessary preparations for my eye examination. I find this to be most helpful navigating the halls that's like a maize. Excellent Service from beginning to end.

Want to start off that everyone I met up until checkout was lovely. There were some challenges getting an appointment in the first place, as the web form was down and no one was aware of it. At my appointment, Ashley and Josh were great, as was the doctor who answered questions I had about some specific challenges.

The checkout experience is what brings this review down. I waited to pay with several other people. One person was on the phone and a second was helping someone else. After we’d all been waiting awhile, one of them said someone else would help us shortly. After about ten minutes, the lady on the phone pointed to a third woman around the corner and said she could help me pay.
I went to this person who immediately told me she was busy checking someone else in (perhaps they were sitting down or otherwise out of sight but there was no one else nearby). I said I was directed here by one of the other front desk folks, and she responded grumpily that they were “short-staffed”. I asked if I could just pay online some way since it seemed like it would be awhile, and she just said I needed to wait.

I completely understand being short-staffed, but being rude and acting as though asking to pay was a personal affront to her is not an experience I need to repeat, so I won’t be going back. To anyone there who works with this person on a day-to-day basis—I am so sorry for your daily misery. Ashley and Josh, you are both awesome.

Although it was a little confusing at first due to a combined waiting area for optical as well as ophthalmology, the staff was extremely helpful! The person conducting the first part of the eye exam was great and Dr Nelson was wonderful and reassuring. For this senior citizen. I will definitely be going back!

I had the best experience at Katzen Mercy yesterday. The entire staff was honest, treated each patient with the utmost respect, and took the time to answer questions and explain everything thoroughly. A special shout out to Jena Johnson for going above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend Katzen.

Very pleasant experience Dr Leikin very informative and was very friendly. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I was educated on my results and offered options, I felt like my eye health was important to the team. Can’t wait to see how my new glasses work out for me.

Terrible experience at optical center. Waited 45 min just to walk out after watching one of the staff supposed to be helping customers have her boyfriend (or close friend, but either way he was not in line and just had showed up while 6-7 people by then were waiting for ANYONE to help them, didn't sign in, and magically when this employee came off of her break, he hugged her, sat down at her station and to add insult to injury another employee who was free at the time visited the boyfriend/employee and was giving her opinion on the frames he was trying on. Just a sad situation. Parker Warby and I are going to be re-acquainting very soon. I am watching my 102 year old grandfather on home hospice from 10pm-4pmEst the follwing day 7 days a week and unfortunately I had to leave without picking up my glasses after 50 minutes of waiting to be called. Sorry to see another once-great Ophthalmologist office turn into a place that belongs in Hillendale Shpping Center. So sorry but I'm done.

always greeted with respect and everyone is very friendly. Had what could have been a serious issue and you all got me in very fast. The Dr. was very down to earth and explained everything to me so that I understand everything. have some more questions will write them down and ask on my next appointment in November. this is my forth time coming there and I will keep coming back as long as everyone stays this friendly.
