We tragically lost a pet in 2018 due to a negligent cat sitter from a previous company. So it’s taken a lot of trust to start with someone new.

I have been using Brooklyn Cat Sitting for over a year now and am very happy with the service provided. We regularly schedule with Clark using their super easy online portal (also exchange messages, pay invoices, update routines, etc). The management team is very kind and thorough with any questions as well.

We have an extensive routine of raw feeding, medicine, and instructions. Clark makes sure to follow every step to ensure our cats are taken care of just as if we were doing it ourselves. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of pet caregivers.

Good communication and updates from our sitter; we especially appreciated her double checking the medication dosage (we had told her 2 units in our initial call but the client portal still had 1 unit) and sending photo updates.

After using a combination of disappointing rover sitters and asking friends/neighbors over the years to watch my cats when I travel, I turned to BCS last year and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with so far. Our regular sitter Clark has watched them 5-6 times now. Clark always give detailed updates and send lots of great photos of my cats. As someone who is always very anxious to leave them home alone when I travel, this gives me a lot of peace of mind and has made me less hesitant to book trips.

Booking is easy through the client portal and the prices are reasonable.

Our cat sitter team member Shandi feels like a trusted member of our family. Her visit photos are some of the prettiest we've ever gotten of Chloe! What a joy to see our normally hides from everyone kitty contentedly sitting on Shandi's lap and eating heartily while she's visiting (things she never did for prior sitters).
