What is this place? First of all, their hours don’t make any sense for a working human (11 am - 6 pm). Second, they must have listed themselves as a legitimate UPS drop-off—why, with their illogical hours that defeat the purpose of working people having their packages delivered elsewhere? To top it off they aren’t even open at 1:30 pm. Would love to know what scam this place is running! Must be great money since they aren’t even open enough to have a good business front.

Feliz Navidad ? para todos y Dios te bendiga!! I feel very happy because Feliciano Galeana treat very well, and he is very calm. when I go to UPS they don't attend me good. I have been coming here for years. I give my Spanish friend who wears many hats in this establishment ten stars? He is a very hard worker and has great customer service skills which most people lack nowadays.

Terrible place. I had stacks on contracts to copy and I got here at 3:40 pm, today a weekday, in the middle of rain storm and I am knocking and ringing the bell when a guy come's to the door and angrily points to a small sign on the door that says back in 20 mins. He's clearly doing nothing and had food in his hand as he yelled Im eating. He could not even let me in out of the rain to use the copy machine. I had just walked 7 blocks to get there. I told him through the door that I had contracts to copy but he threw his food and his hand up in the air and shrugged "I don't care." He couldn't even let me wait inside and out of the rain and cold.

I live right near them so I've sent them a printing job once before and it was a pretty pleasant experience. The first time around though, I sent a printing job through e-mail detailing what I needed and when I would be by to pick the prints up. They did not have anything ready and I had to let them know again that I sent an e-mail earlier with my print request. They were kind and printed what I needed and even though it wasn't ready when I came in they got the job done and I was happy. The next time around, however, I e-mailed them four hours prior to me coming in requesting what I needed and again they did not have it printed and didn't bother trying to figure it out. They wanted me to print it out using their computer which is a $3.50 charge. Normally, I wouldn't care but if they have an e-mail to specifically send out print requests in a timely fashion, shouldn't they be on top of that? Then when I said I had already e-mailed them the files with my print request he said that would also be a $3.50 charge for them to open up the e-mail and print them out... I figured it would be nice to have a printing service close to home and help a neighborhood business out but I might as well go to FedEx or Kinkos. You have now lost what could have been a frequent customer.

Honestly, the guy was very kind when I went there. However the printing services are kind of pricey. They charged me $4.95 for 1 color copy of an ID. Pretty sure I could have gotten that somewhere else for much cheaper. Unfortunately that was the closest printing place I could find near me.

Patient and helpful service with a smile, happy to answer any questions without the normal short fuse found with workers at larger corporate operations. Though they may not have the plethora of resources the big chain stores do, the employees take the time to utilize their technology effectively.

He is really kind and nice guy, but it would be better if they have cheaper options like 'per page' option. Sometimes I just need to print 2-3 pages real quick, but the cheapest option here is 5$/15minutes, which is too much for me
