I had a very disappointing experience with Kat. Ten days ago, on Friday night Kat placed a rush order at my sign shop, requiring extensive communication via phone, text messages, and emails. Despite fulfilling the order and sending the invoice, she disappeared without payment. Today, she attempted to place another order without addressing the outstanding invoice. When I mentioned the unpaid invoice, she abruptly hung up. This unprofessional behavior and failure to pay for services rendered are unacceptable. I do not recommend working with this agency.

I had Kat Saenz Productions create a beautiful seating area and a tic-tac-toe game for our gender reveal. It was a blast. We told her what our theme was, “Baby-Que.” She developed an inspo lot of what she would do for us to be able to choose different items we wanted or opt-out of.
