I called Kat and spoke with her about a mouse/rat problem in my apartment. She was punctual (actually early, which I appreciated), professional, knowledgeable about my issue and highly competent.

I found rodent droppings in my apartment. My complex called a big name, national company. The exterminator did only a cursory walk around and only looked behind things or in closets after I asked. He only brought three traps with him. He was unprepared for the job and I waited all day (from 10am to about 3:30pm) for him to arrive.

Kat gave me prompt appointment, kept the appointment and arrived early. I am thoroughly pleased with the job she did and I feel comfortable in my apartment again. I would recommend her company hands down over any of the major chains. The service was personal and professional.

As apartment building owners and mangers I cannot express how difficult it is to find a pest control company that actually lives up to their promises and gets it done right the first time every single time. We hired a big name-brand pest control company when we first noticed we had mice in the house. They came out, charged us a bunch, but did not get rid of the mice. Then we found Kat and her team. They came and sealed up our whole house, educated us on where the mic were coming from and kept in touch to make sure we weren’t having anymore issues. 2 years later, the installation of a new tankless water heater left a big hole in our house, and mice came in again. Kat’s people came out and patched it up for free. This is costumer service you don’t often experience in a big city, and I so appreciate it.

Kat and her team are the best. They do whatever it takes to solve the problem. They adapt their methods to your unique situation. Rat's had chewed through a capped but unused PVC drain pipe in a remote section of crawl space under the house. This created a super highway to and from the sewer. Steve and Nick inspected every inch of the house to find any possible opening. They found the pipe and immediately sealed it. Problem gone!

We were scheduled for a two week vacation the following week and wanted to make sure there weren't any additional rat's hiding out in the house. Steve volunteered to come by the house everyday and check for any activity, allowing us to enjoy the vacation. Name one corporate company that does that!
