I can only some up my LASIK experience at Katzen Eye Care & Laser Center in one sentence: Everything in High Def! I cannot say enough great things about the staff, doctors involved and especially my coordinator Jennifer who had walked me through the entire process and took care of me. She was very caring and informative and Dr. Katzen himself was very humble, professional and yet considerate during a missed appointment. Great experience. Top class care accompanied by an elite staff and upper echelon service. I went to Dr. Katzen for LASIK eye surgery and I wish I made the decision 10 years ago! All of my questions were answered and fears were assuaged. The day after surgery my vision had improved to 20/15. The staff is patient and friendly from initial consultation to post-op check ups. The front desk staff, the LASIK surgery team and the LASIK consultant were all wonderful. The surgery went very well and all staff, including the surgeon were very accommodating. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I would definitely do it all over again if given the chance!

I had CustomView laser surgery back in 2005. Quick and easy. The surgery lasted about 90 seconds an eye. No pain, just a burning hair smell. I saw great for 10-12 years. Just within the last couple years I’ve had to start using glasses for night driving. Best 5 grand I’ve ever spent. Thank you Katzen.

While my LASIK procedure was not actually performed here (the lasers are housed at the Boynton Beach location) I can never say enough good things about Dr. Katzen and his team. Having very limited vision since the age of 9, I now can see everything, and it the most incredible experience. The entire Katzen team was extremely warm, welcoming, and educated. They answered any question I had with more than adequate detail and walked me through the whole process even in my complementary initial consultation.

Just had my LASIK done on 9/17. Immediately after the surgery my vision was better. After waking up this morning it is galaxies apart. This in my opinion is REAL medicine or a medicinal miracle. Sure there are other places out there. But the staff makes you feel welcome, relaxed and safe! Talk to them about lasik. It’s free! And most importantly of all they are not pushy! This is the best money I have ever spent in my entire life. Literally!
