This is such an amazing little shop for you fur babies of the feline or canine kind. The selection is varied and abundant, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they love the new puppy and kitty friends who walk in their door as much as they do their hoomans. For high quality dog and cat foods, toys, and treats, I can't think of a better place in the area to visit.

A lovely and caring store that truly treats your fur babies like family. We came in because our Maltipoo was having diarrhea, and they quickly recommended a special pumpkin powder. It worked like a charm and helped our Mindy feel much better. They also have a great selection of food, treats, and more!

I had visited Granite Ridge farms several months ago and purchased some 100% beef and 100% liver dehydrated dog treats. My dogs went absolutely crazy over them. I was more than pleasantly surprised to step in to this store today and mention the same thing only to be pointed to these locally made favorites right on their own shelves! How cool! Thank you Jayde for making my first visit so welcoming. I'll definitely be back with the pups!

I am very unhappy with both experiences I had at Katzenbarkers. My husband and I took our dogs to both locations, and each time, we were never left alone for more than a couple of seconds.

The staff should know how to handle and approach animals, keeping in mind that they are not spectacles. While our dogs have never been aggressive in the past, a high-stress environment can change behavior.

I urge the management to consider this feedback when welcoming new clients. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Gotta love the name, Katzenbarkers. Friendly, helpful staff, even gave us a free sample of a treat for our cats to try. A neat shop with more than just pet supplies, they also have coffee mugs and t-shirts.

Our cats were very happy with the treats they got, and we will return again when we're in the area.
