I like Dr. Motlagh she is very straight forward when it comes to my son. The staff however doesn’t really emphasize with patients. My son is sick came in at 830 for a walk in was told he couldn’t come in until he had a Covid test race to have one preformed and returned to be told I came during cut off and the MD could not see him let alone have a phone appointment because it’s only for Covid patients. I tried to explain to the front desk clerk and she didn’t seem to really care even after explained at 830 I was more concern with his eye as it’s swollen. For a family med and what states urgent care office the staff really has lost me after today. I know MDs get busy and things happen but not sure if I am willing to return after this if we are treated this way knows I was sent away as the 1st walk in and told what I needed to do in order to be seen today and this happens.

Dr. Motlagh and her staff clearly enjoy what they do and have been so compassionate and supportive since I started with KMHC for primary care. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve lost 15 lbs and counting since starting supervised weight loss with Dr. Motlagh and appreciate her encouragement to keep me motivated to live healthier. Since beginning microdermabrasion and regular facials with Ashi, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin and really look forward to each treatment. He’s so kind and knowledgeable and his passion for skincare is contagious! Ashi also provides such a soothing environment, I leave the office relaxed and in a better mood every time. Thank you!

Truly appreciate the staff and the doctor here! Went in for urgent care for my son and they were great from start to finish. Wait time wasn't too long, doctor was competent, and the staff had a great attitude. Appreciate having this place in the AV.
