Polite and professional. Had some serious neck and shoulder pain that she was able to work through. Helped explain the issues I was facing and offered some stretches that I could do in between sessions. She's set up a simple and straightforward plan of attack towards my health and well being goals. Looking forward to further training as her other reviews speak for themselves. Kat is as solid as they come, gets straight to problem solving and creating better habits. My form is noticeably improved, my post workout recovery is better, and overall feel amazing. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been training with Kat for a little over 2 years. As a person who suffered a heart attack, it was important for me to work with a trainer who understands the limitations, well, Kat is just that. The most important quality Kat has is that she actually cares about what you do outside of the training sessions. She is invested in my diet and overall movement. Working with Kat has truly changed my life. I was ready to commit to a healthier, stronger body and mind and Kat provides the guidance and knowledge to lead me in the right direction.

She is dedicated to fitness and so knowledgeable as a nutrition and fitness resource. Her blend of sorcery and science has helped me find a balance between exercise, nutrition, and strength training.

She understands that people are at different levels in their fitness life and adjusts and modifies the exercises to be challenging but not impossible. She is easy to communicate with and listens to what is going in with my progress so we can adjust and make sure I'm training safely.

She is supportive, gives encouragement, and acknowledges my gains and progress. I love seeing the pictures comparing me now to a few months ago. I can see new muscles and a leaner figure. I love it!

After working with Kat for 6 weeks and putting in the work on my end, I was down 10 pounds. Her services however, extend beyond what you see on the scale. Am I completely "SHREDDED IN JUST 6 WEEKS"? no, am I stronger and a bit leaner with more energy? do I feel better? Absolutely. Kat is an excellent trainer because she recognizes the needs of the individual. She breaks down and demonstrates each exercise, she gears things toward what your goals are, she meticulously plans routines around helping you, and if it isn't working she is not afraid to change recommendations/make adjustments. I never once felt like I was being forced to workout, or that I was "over doing it" during workouts. Nor was I ever cripplingly sore. Rather, any time I was sore there was a sense of satisfaction because "I did that, I am improving". I never felt down on myself when I made I mistake, it was just a thing that happened because everyone makes mistakes; I felt no judgement from Kat. I went a few weeks without losing any weight on the scale but could see my progress due to the weekly check ins. Kat establishes a healthy balance of pushing yourself and knowing where you're at while respecting your limits. In addition she is very positive and helps you recognize even your tiniest successes. Her training has helped me recognize certain habits I have that are detrimental to my goals, and more than anything it feels like she is in your corner every step of the way.

Working with Kat is absolutely fantastic. She knows everyone has their own journey and tailors each program to fit their needs. I have been powerlifting for a year however was always struggling to lose weight because I had done it in the past but lost muscle mass while doing it. Kat helped teach me fundamentals about nutrition and continues to help coach and guide me on better choices so I can bring my most powerful self into the weight room and into my day. I'm more energized than ever, I feel more control over my health and fitness more than ever and she's teaching me to listen to my body so that I can understand why certain foods may have certain effects. Could not recommend Kat enough, most worthwhile investment I've made was investing in my health and she's a huge part of why there's momentum there. I cannot wait to see what happens as we continue to partner. Though at this rate I may need to buy bigger weights and smaller clothes!

Kat is an awesome personal trainer and nutritional coach. She can create effective workouts with whatever equipment I have, even if it's just furniture. She pushes me to see that I can do more than I may originally think, but not too much as to overdo or injure myself. She clearly explains and demonstrates the exercises, and quickly adjusts workouts according to what I am comfortable with and capable of. She is a great resource for nutritional recommendations to reach my goals. Like her workouts, she doesn't push me to make any nutritional changes that I am not comfortable with. She encourages me every step of the way.

I’ve been working with Kat since September. When we started I couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs. I was on a heart transplant list due to having dilated Cardiomyopathy. After having worked with her for just a short time, I have been removed from the transplant list and even reduced the amount of medication I have to take. I always hated working out but Kat makes it fun and challenging. She helped me with my bad back and guided me in proper nutrition. I can now walk up several flights of stairs and am now even running on the treadmill post workout. Kat is amazing. I have learned a great deal from her. She basically saved my life.

Kat is a fantastic personal trainer! She is super attentive a d knowledgeable. Anytime I had questions about excercises she knew about the mechanics along with the muscle groups and how the helped me. She was always positive and during the shutdown was awesome with the remote training so I could keep going! Worth every penny!
