No good service.The price does not correspond to reality.Many products have incorrect prices or no prices at all.
I bought a cage for a hamster here. There was one price on the shelf, but another one went through the checkout.The manager refused to return the difference.And he was also very rude in conversation.The worst store.
I do not recommend!I will never return to this store!

Got a bearded dragon here recently, most beautiful one I've ever seen and was cheaper than anywhere else. Also the salesman Zane was so helpful making sure I had even I needed (without trying to make me buy a load of useless stuff) and even wrote me a list with a diet plan and when to give vitamins etc.

The best staff around. I use here regularly for little things like getting my dog food. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Have used the grooming services too and they really are the best. So good with the dogs, one of whom is old, blind and deaf, so he can be a handful. Can’t say enough nice things about the staff here.

Terrible customer service, sold me a faulty fish tank filter that never worked properly (I just assumed it wasn’t as strong as my old one) until we realised 3 months and a few days later that it seemed to be not working at all. Darragh was very unhelpful on the phone and told me that faulty electrical items can only be replaced by law if they’re under 3 months old. Told them I wouldn’t be shopping there ever again and was told “well that’s entirely your own choice” Paid almost €50 for basically nothing. Will be taking this matter further if I’m not refunded.

Customer of Petmania Carlow for many years and always found the staff pleasant and helpful. Today was no exception! The guys were really friendly and welcoming. They helped me fit a harness to my deaf boy and gave him loads of pets, he loved the attention. Definitely recommend!
