Excellent experience, lovely adoptable cats, great iced latte. The only negative is $22 is a bit pricey and reservations are required. However a cafe drink or snack is included. Also plan to pay to park cause street parking is obviously limited, and beware of special events that may up the parking fees in the area.

We had the best time. The cats were so amazing to hang out with. We really enjoyed seeing the rescue cats and hanging out with them for an hour. We love that people can spend time with them and rescue them after they get to know them. A guy rescued a cat while we were there.

I also took my camera and will send them those photos after vacation!

I had a nice time at this cat cafe! It was better than Crumbs & Whiskers in LA, in my opinion. It's smaller and less "Instagram worthy," but the cats seem to be treated better and were generally more active and playful. I liked that a volunteer/staff(?) person stayed in the room with visitors to provide information about the cats and their preferences, plus that also ensures the safety of both the cats and the people. I saw cats getting manhandled by visitors at the last cat cafe I went to and that was a really upsetting experience for both me and the cats, I'm sure. There's a much better, appropriate ratio of humans-to-cats at this place, and true to its name, there's an ACTUAL cafe partitioned off from the cat play area, which makes this the first actual "cat cafe" I've been to. The only disappointing part was that I came hungry because I expected I'd be able to get a bite to eat when I arrived, but the staff person in the cafe told me the online menu is inaccurate and they don't really offer sandwiches or salads or anything like that... Okay, then why don't you take it down? ? There was one sealed plastic container of prepackaged wraps and a couple of pastries, but aside from that, don't expect to actually get anything but drinks here ?

I took my cat-loving granddaughter to spend an hour with the kitties. Her mother is allergic so it was especially meaningful. After a brief orientation we were able to enjoy the different personalities and ask questions about each cat's background. A basket of toys was made available. As cats do, most wanted to be left alone. Except Mia. She could have been adopted on the spot. But alas Mom...

A truly awesome experience. We are big cat lovers so knew we had to visit this place while we were in San Diego. The ticket price includes a drink or snack. They have rules (as they should) on how to inhabit the place safely for the cats and yourself. We had no issues following all the rules and neither did anyone else.

Cats came up to us that we could pet and it was a very soothing and rewarding experience.

Love businesses like this that take care of their animals and put their needs first while raising awareness and money for them.

Highly recommend!

Cute cafe with a diverse array of cute cats and toys to use. I like that the entry fee includes a food or beverage. It was interesting to learn about all of the cats and their different stories, most are also up for adoption. I wish there was a way to extend your time beyond an hour if desired though (without paying the whole $20 again)

Thank you so much to the staff, and cats for a super fun experience. We had a great time playing, petting, and just watching the cats. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgable about the animals which we appreciated to keep everyone safe. I say it is especially important when coming to any cat cafe to carefully listen to staff for the best interactions (cats can be skittish and it is for their best interest that you try and read their signs). The staff member in the room was immensely helpful in this regard and also in fostering some great interactions.
