McKenzie Currie and her team gave me very good advice on all aspects of selling my home. She helped me stage the house for both photos showings. She gave me contacts for lenders, repairs, and movers; all were very competent and professional with reasonable pricing. I had delayed listing my house for a couple months due to a vacation, but when I was ready McKenzie was ready to list in a couple days. She had clients in mind to see the house as soon as it was listed and I had a contract in less than 1 week from the listing. She is excellent at following up both verbally and in writing at each step of the process to making sure I understand the steps. She new the market to know what to list the house at. Highly recommend her and the her team.

I loved working with McKenzie and Kat from the Kat White Team. This was our first time selling our house and they helped us with the buying process too. They made the process really easy and did not mind us asking a ton questions. McKenzie was so great to work with, while we dealt with the emotions of buying and selling and the it felt like everything that could happen did with the process, her stability and reassurance throughout all of it helped keep us grounded and really made it a positive experience. The sale of our elderly cousin's house was a challenge. McKenzie Currie helped the owner understand the process and what a competitive selling price would be. McKenzie located vendors to help empty the trash filled, but solid house. She visited the owner numerous times at her ALF facility, and found solutions for a few closing snags.
