I went into the store to pay my rent but decided to look around at the halloween decor. I found the cutest ghost mugs but there were only 2 sets each set had one shattered mug. I had the idea that they could probably let me switch them out so I could make one complete set and the other set that also had a shattered mug could just be zeroed out as they would usually do anyway. I brought them up to the cashier Mia and asked if that was a possibility she called over her senior cashier manager Adrien. Adrien came over I told her what I was thinking. She proceeded to ask me if I was going to stop talking and let her finish, she then turned this small ask into a escalated situation where I told her she was supposed to be a manager and assist not make a situation happen when I am only asking I told her I no longer wanted the items. She then proceeds to say if you take them home they are going to break because they’ll be all over the place in the car due to having to cut the zip tie at the top holding them all together. I understood what I was asking and that wasn’t any issue to her at that point it’s my problem. Sense Adrien decided to pretty much tell me to shut up and let her finish talking, I did not get the items and she was reported on my walmart survey along with Mia for denying to give me her managers name stating she didn’t want to be brought into anything well Mia you brought yourself into it by not helping the customer I get it though one team one dream.

Adrien you have a long way to get into a REAL managing position learn how to use your words don’t EVER tell someone to shut up and let you finish unless they are talking over you IGNORANCE isn't cute.

Did the walmart motto change?

I remember it being the customer is always right. You do what you have to make sure the customer leaves happy.

(April 1, 2024) Came in and set up our rig at 7 p.m... slept in till 10 a.m. and was taking showers and cooking brunch at 12:30 p.m... when we heard a knock at our door telling us that they don't allow overnight parking... which is a lie... but we had plans to come grab groceries and scoot out around 5 p.m... we never meant to stay in your parking lot, forever but y'all know that. This rating went from 5 to 2... you came to our door like we had criminal activity going on. Y'all wrong for that... we counted 10 cars parked in your parking lot that have homeless people in them but you come straight to our door. #WALLYDOCKING #ESCAPEESRVCLUB #BUBBASBUCKETLISTADVENTURE #BOONDOCKIN #65DAYS (March 17, 2024) Boondocking in the area waiting for a RV Spot to come available... we used this time to stockpile groceries and misc. stuff, then cleaned and organized the truck and travel trailer, ordering the leaf springs to change out. The employees are kind and helpful and even allowed our family to celebrate our special needs son's birthday... in the parking lot! Thumbs up to the staff... we needed that time in a safe place (4 nights, left at 3 p.m.).

I came in this morning and talked with Eric in automotive. He has been the BEST. He really does care about the customer. If you need help with you car needs He will be the one to talk to. This Walmart is on Atlantc Blvd

I can only speak in regard to my experience, but I didn’t really have any problems at this Walmart, despite what other reviews have said. Store seemed clean, everything was organized, no complaints to be had in all honesty. The photo center left something to be desired though. I had to ask the employee to trim my printed photos I ordered since they were not cut properly, but I was satisfied nonetheless.
