Molanda is fabulous! As a first timer, she was kind and patient to explain wig options. Recommending hair topper which perfectly suits my needs and compliments my natural hair!
On top, service was excellent and they were able to accommodate my request for same day appointment as had a flight to catch next day. I had the best time on Europe trip as evident with my hatless photo. All thanks to Wig R Us <3 For anyone out there who has been distraught over losing hair, firstly I feel you and secondly, I would highly recommend booking a consultation. For the amount it brightens up my spirits, the price is worth it. It is an investment 🙂 Update: Came back after 2 months to colour match the topper I bought for free of cost. Tammy at front desk was so helpful in setting an appointment and love her positive energy! And Tammy, the stylist worked her magic by matching my natural hair perfectly after only seeing it once! Staff are absolutely lovely! I love seeing this confident self again ❤️

I booked an appointment a week before Mother’s Day weekend for my hair loss looking for a human hair full piece . I was told again and again that what THEY had picked out for me was 100% real !! Well was I wrong!
The time spent on me was less than 30 min . When I got home I found out myself that it was 100% synthetic and completely lied to by the staff ! I spent more than $1100 for fake hair! That was falling out by the clumps, couldn’t even brush it properly, and the stylist cut the lace too short and it cut into the bangs , just terrible!
I was so upset and embarrassed for being tricked it took me a while to call them, and I never heard back of course!!
I recommend you do your research and actually test it to make sure you’re getting what you ask for here girls !! I will never recommend this place!!
Went to Continental Hair and was blown away with the unmatched quality of their products and service and I walked away feeling beautiful and not screwed over!
